The website is operated by Apollo Trading UG. Saadian Tombs Heritage is an independent booking and ticket-facilitation service.

The facilitative activities contemplated by, described within, or otherwise made available through this website are undertaken in an independent capacity, such that neither their subject matter nor the manner of their presentation shall be construed as importing, establishing, or evidencing an affiliation with Saadian Tombs or its official ticketing office. References appearing herein are to be understood within that independent context and shall not, whether considered individually or collectively, give rise to an inference of any such affiliation, no affiliation between this website and either of the aforementioned parties being maintained.

1. Service and orders

An order is a booking and procurement request. Payment confirms receipt of that request and is not itself an admission ticket. Admission remains subject to availability through the relevant ticketing channel.

2. Pricing and procurement

The base ticket cost, service fee, and final total are shown before payment. The admission document is delivered after successful procurement.

3. Availability and alternatives

No alternative admission product will be substituted without customer approval. If the requested admission cannot be secured and no acceptable alternative is approved, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation and refunds

After successful procurement of a non-refundable admission product, cancellation is normally unavailable except where applicable law, venue cancellation, closure, duplicate payment, or service error requires another result. Please review our Refund Policy.

5. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate names, email addresses, dates, eligibility information, and other booking details.
