Refund Policy

Before successful procurement, a customer may request cancellation.

After the admission product has been secured, the order is normally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

No alternative is substituted without approval. Where the requested product cannot be obtained and no acceptable alternative is approved, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds may also be due for duplicate payment, closure, cancellation, service error, or where applicable law requires one.
