No. Saadian Tombs Heritage is an independent booking service operated by Apollo Trading UG.

Does payment mean that my admission ticket has already been issued?

No. Payment confirms receipt of your booking request. The admission document is sent after successful procurement.

What happens if the requested admission cannot be secured?

We will contact you regarding available alternatives. No substitution will be made without your approval. If no acceptable alternative is available, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Are service fees shown before payment?

Yes. The base ticket cost, service fee, and final amount are shown before payment.

When will I receive my ticket?

The admission document will be sent by email after successful procurement. A specific delivery deadline will be published before online bookings are activated.
